ALIA’s annual National Advisory Congresses’ are held in each state and territory in order to provide ample opportunity for members to participate in discussion on policy, planning and topical issues relevant to the Association.

This year, it is more important than ever before for ALIA Members to take part because we will be discussing what the future of the profession will be.

Libraries and Ebook Seminar

If you haven’t managed to make it to the forums in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth or are interested in discussing the future of ebooks, ACTive ALIA invites you join other librarians in a discussion about ebooks lead by Vanessa Little and with Margarita Morano talking about the ILL perspective.

So come join us at Gungahlin Library on July 3rd from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.  And if you haven’t seen the new Gungahlin library or visited the Digital Hub this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
