My user account is locked out

Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you think you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘forgot password’ link.

How do I view my invoices?

  1. Navigate to www.alia.org.au
  2. Click on "Member login"
  3. Enter your “Username” and “Password” & click the ‘arrow-icon’ to sign-in
  4. Click on “Member Centre”
  5. Click on “My Purchases” tab
  6. Click on the ‘icon’ next to the invoice you wish to view
  7. Click on the ‘PDF icon’ in top left of screen if you wish to download the invoice

I've changed my email and now can't login?

If you have updated your email address and can't login, you will need to email us at [email protected]

Events & Training

When will the webinar recording be available?

ALIA Webinars are recorded. The recording link will be emailed to registered attendees within 7 working days.

What about late registrations?

To help us manage the administration of events and training you will not be able to register late. Please ensure you register before the cut-off date for future events and training. All events and training can be found on the ALIA website at alia.org.au/events-and-training
