About the opportunity
The Administrative Assistant will provide effective general administration support, including support of Library events and forums, and HR and staff development processes. This role requires sound administrative and organisational skills in order to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on a day to day basis.

- delivers high quality general administrative services and operational support
- coordinates administration and provides support for HR and staff development activity
- coordinates administration and provides support for events and engagement activity.
The Central Services division coordinates the shared reporting, communication and planning functions of the University Library, including Finance, Human Resources, Quality Management, Community Engagement, Work Health and Safety and bequest management. This division coordinates effective Library support services, providing expert advice on business processes and project support to all Library divisions including the management of contractors and external service providers and investigates emerging service area requirements.
