Supporting international students in the University Library

Supporting international students in the University Library

Join us for a discussion with Kylie Tran and Trent Hennessey from the University of Melbourne and Mare Maticevski and Sara Ghazi from RMIT who will be talking about the ways in which university libraries are engaging with international students, supporting their university journeys, and place making both socially and intellectually.

This session of INCITE in conversation picks up an article by Kylie and Trent in the March edition of  INCITE magazine, which you can read here.

The discussion will cover topics including demographics, diversity, and post-Covid recovery, creating professional opportunities for international students, linguistic prejudice, place making, guerrilla research and how to best listen and understand the needs of international student communities.

As always, your questions are welcome!
