Jennifer Douglas
Jen Douglas is the Metadata Coordinator for the AIATSIS library. She graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in History (HONS) and also holds a Diploma of Library and Information Science. Her curiosity is exemplified in her broad range of work including at the University of Georgia, on a California backcountry trail crew, and as a tree grafter in Tennessee. Since moving to Australia, Jen has worked with APS data in multiple libraries, in a repository, as an indexer, and with HR data as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She strives to achieve results through building people and is pushing her personal limits as she trains for her first half-marathon.
