Annie Bourne
Annie Bourne is the Team Leader Children's and Youth Services at Yarra Libraries. With more than half of her public library career in leadership roles, she has a passion for supporting teams to create welcoming spaces and inclusive programs for the community. Annie has led the Yarra Libraries team in the roll out of inclusive practices across their early years programming and introduced STEM based after school programming across the service. A keen veggie patch enthusiast outside of libraries, her passion for creating environments for growth extends into her working life. She is continually seeking ways to foster existing skill sets and create development opportunities for staff to flourish and the community to benefit.
