Alice Chik
Alice Chik is an Associate Professor at the Macquarie School of Education and the Associate Director of the Multilingualism Research Centre. Since moving to Sydney in late 2014, Alice has taken up strolling in various suburbs to explore and understand languages in the community as a serious hobby. She is the lead author of the research report, 'What are languages worth? Community languages for the future of New South Wales' (2019) and the lead editor of 'Multilingual Sydney' (Routledge, 2019).
