ALIA VIC Specials presents the annual Edible Book Festival

The International Edible Book Festival, held over many years by the Vic Specials group, is the one day of the year where our inner bakers and Masterchefs are revealed and revered.  Over the years there have been some amazing creations, covering the classics (Green Eggs and Ham,  the Hungry Caterpillar, Cloudstreet, Charles Dickens), to the more contemporary (50 Shades of Grey), to the downright zany (remember the KFC tub?).
