ALIA CRR: Chat and Connect

The ALIA CRR (Canberra and Region Retirees) inaugural event was held on Wednesday 7 March and was attended by nine retirees from many different library backgrounds. As planned, some people came at 11am for coffee and some came later for lunch and some stayed for both.

The next event is booked at Bookplate staring at 11am on Wednesday 4 April with an open ended finish time.

Come for a chat and to connect and keep in touch with fellow retirees. All welcome!

Why not begin your festive season sharing a lovely social occasion with all your GLAM colleagues.   Please join us for some Christmas cheer and an exclusive tour of the beautiful wildlife photography exhibition Dombrovskis ‘Journeys into the Wild ‘ at the National Library.   While we enjoy some drinks and nibbles, curator Matt Jones will provide a brief introduction to this fantastic exhibition before we head down to the gallery for an exclusive viewing.
