Sue McKerracher will discuss the difference between marketing and selling, the benefits of advocacy and how to plan an advocacy campaign to promote a service or program in the school library. This will be followed by information about the School Library Coalition. In addition there will be two workshops. The first will be to unpack the Budget section of the revised policies and procedures manual and the second to identify how to advocate for an improvement within the school library budget.
