ALIA New Grads – Ask an Information Professional Event

When you’re a new librarian, you may find yourself with lots of questions. Questions about your job, about your career and about the profession.

We want to give you a chance to get your questions answered so we’ve put together a crack group of experienced information professionals, both librarians and library technicians. This group includes people from public, special, academic and state libraries.

Libraries and Ebook Seminar

If you haven’t managed to make it to the forums in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth or are interested in discussing the future of ebooks, ACTive ALIA invites you join other librarians in a discussion about ebooks lead by Vanessa Little and with Margarita Morano talking about the ILL perspective.

So come join us at Gungahlin Library on July 3rd from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.  And if you haven’t seen the new Gungahlin library or visited the Digital Hub this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
