This position is responsible for leading small high performing teams that collaborate across the Student Experience division and the Institute to design and deliver innovative student-centred library services, bookshop services, expert library liaison support and learning support for diverse student cohorts.
The Manager, Library and Learner Engagement will bring experience and energy to this role to ensure that students and staff have equitable access to vibrant, inclusive, and engaging environments and resources, and that digital and physical collections, and skills programs are relevant, sustainable and aligned to learning programs and the student experience.
The position oversees the scalable delivery of Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) programs. Oversight of different technologies and platforms for administering and delivering services, collections and digital communications is required.
The Manager reports to the Head of Student Success and works in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The position is responsible for the maintenance and management of vendor licensing agreements and copyright at the institute.
