ALIA Schools - Staffing Obligations

The school library provides essential information services for the planning and implementation of the school’s teaching and learning programs. The quality of this service depends critically on the quality of the staff that provides it. How can school library staff members work to their capacity? How can they contribute effectively to the functions of the school library?

Guest speaker Linda Guthrie, Library Coordinator at Thebarton Senior College SA, will explore how to evaluate the ways you can develop your capacity in the school library with a focus on staffing provision and role descriptions. 

This one hour webinar is for primary and secondary school teacher librarians and others who are responsible for school library services and programs.
