Event Description

Apply accessible by design principles and you will not only create programs and services that are better suited to the needs of library users living with disability but also better suited to the needs of all your users. Reaching for this goal of universal access means adopting a different mindset.

This session will be a sharing of ideas, with a couple of case studies to show how others have made their programs and services more accessible.
