Event Description
Following some great meetings this year, with speakers from libraries, government, publishing and tech companies, for the last meeting of the ALIA Disability Group in 2021, we're opening things up to you.
Prepare to share: come with an example of an initiative from your library which you think others would like to hear about. We're not looking for full on presentations, we're looking for a quick fire round of big, small, clever things that you've done in recent times to improve services to people living with disability and to improve employment conditions for members of your own team. It could be a new device, tweaks to a program, physical aids or just a different way of looking at what you do.
ALIA President Vicki Edmunds will chair the session, with ALIA CEO Sue McKerracher keeping things moving.
