- have conducted extensive public and in-house training for corporate and government personnel in Internet search techniques and website development. - promoted the courses; conducted market research; produced documentation, fliers, brochures, editorial and other promotional material

- designed, developed, marketed and delivered training courses, workshops, and customised presentations on the AARNET/Internet and other electronic products including testing and quality control of LIBLINK university library system
- administered the production, sale and deliverey of the million-record CLANN CD-CAT, the Unilinc Library database on CD-ROM
- coordinated and compiled the annual Reciprocal Borrowing Booklet for Member libraries
- Achievements
- successfully produced 8 editions of CLANN CD-Cat and Coop Purchasing Scheme generated $500,000 in 1994
- participated in the Australian Librarians' delegation to PR China, organised by the US Citizen Ambassador Project's People to People program
- guest lecturer for UNSW SILAS Graduate Diploma students on Networks; filmed/interviewed discussing electronic access to information for SBS' television production of Wollongong University's PAGE program for Journalism graduates 1994.
