Explore the RMIT Monsters Group which has become a gathering point for monsters from all walks of life, with RMIT second year Media students contributing their own monstrous creations to the ABC Pool community. The group is open for all to contribute their own ideas and interpretations of monsters- whether it be in video, images, audio or text!

Other ideas

Tie into Local Studies with links to local cemeteries, even cemetery tours, or reading about the local cemeteries
Murder/mystery game in the Library
Scary books in wrapping paper, i.e. book blind date
Decorate area with cobwebs and spiders and write suggestions on spiders
Write title suggestions on bats (rather than spiders)
Take parents name when child registers for reading program and encourage parent and child to read together
Horror Genre Lists/bookmarks & brochures.
Don’t forget to include True Life Crime.
Could also include paranormal romance/vampires etc.
