2008/2009 ALIA journal subscription rates

ALIA has an active role in publishing for the library and information sector - from news magazines to refereed journals. Subscription rates for ALIA's regular publications are shown below. The subscription period is from 1 July to 30 June, aligned with our membership year - if your subscription starts at 1 January, you need only pay half of the annual rate.

inCite is the premier monthly news magazine for library and information professionals designed to keep library and information service personnel and others up-to-date on news and trends in Australian Library and Information science as well as the more specific activities of the Association. inCite is topical and entertaining, yet focuses on the in-depth issues facing those who work in the library and information sector. 11 issues per subscription ISSN 0158-0876.

Australian Library Journal (ALJ)
Flagship journal of the Australian Library and Information Association. Contains essays and reviews on topics of interest to the profession. The Australian Library Journal has been reaching discerning and influential Australian libraries since 1951. Published quarterly, it contains a wide coverage of Australian library issues ranging from ongoing research to day-to-day news from the workplace. 4 issues per subscription (August, November, February, May) ISSN 0004-9670.

Australian Academic & Research Libraries (AARL)
This journal is devoted to all aspects of librarianship in university and college libraries, including the TAFE sector, and in all other types of research libraries. It publishes original, referred contributions on all aspects of information science and librarianship, pure and applied bibliography and publishing, information science and related subjects . 4 issues per subscription (September, December, March, June) ISSN 0004-8623.
