inCite display material requirements

Electronic artwork
…is accepted on compact disc or via email providing that all of the required fonts and graphics are included. The artwork files must be either a print-ready pdf or in a high resolution (200-300dpi) jpeg, eps or tiff format. If sending a pdf file, please include a minimum 3mm bleed and crop marks. All artwork must be CMYK (or 'process') colour-separated. We do not accept 'spot' or 'Pantone' colour separations.

Please refer to the booking form to determine the correct dimensions prior to submitting your artwork for publication.

ALIA does not take responsibility for colour mismatches or electronic distortions to printed artwork.

Please note: We do not accept any material supplied outside of these specifications.

Storage
All material is stored by the publisher for six months after use. It will then be destroyed unless the editor is advised otherwise (in writing) by the advertiser or agency.
