ALIA Weekly - New in 2013

We've updated aliaNEWS to make it better, faster, stronger...and more in touch with the LIS industry. From 2013 we are running our newsletter weekly, so you get the news when you need it. ALIA's weekly enewsletter automatically goes out to all ALIA members and provides readers with important information about what is happening in the LIS industry in Australia and across the world. If you are not a member of ALIA but still want to receive important LIS industry news, you can sign up to ALIA Weekly here. Access to the archive issues of ALIA Weekly are now available.

HLA News

HLA News is a quarterly bulletin published by Health Libraries Australia. The bulletin is sponsored and published by RMIT.

Regular Features include "Web Wanderings" (highlighting websites on a specific issue), "Member Spotlight" (find out what makes your colleagues tick), and, "Topical Bytes" (an in depth look at current issue topics). In addition to the regular content, there are quality articles on a range of issues of interest to health library professionals.

Was a regular newsletter distributed free to all members of ALIA and other interested individuals and provided subscribers with news about ALIA, including events, membership issues, professional development, opportunities, awards and grants, conference registration deadlines, publications, industry events, campaigns, and LIS activities generally. In 2013 aliaNEWS was replaced by our new enewletter ALIA Weekly, you can sign up to ALIA Weekly here.

LIS Management in Focus

LIS Management in Focus was a quarterly electronic publication sent directly to ALIA institutional members. It provided members with information about management products and services available, across areas of leadership, project management, industrial relations, copyright, human resource development and other topics of interest to LIS managers. It was discontinued in 2013.
