ALIA general councillors' statement
In the opinion of the ALIA general councillors:
- the accounts of the Association set out on schedules 1 to 4 are drawn up so as to give a true and fair view of:
- the state of affairs at 31 December 1997 and the result and cash flows for the financial year ended on that date of the Association; and
- are in accordance with the by-laws of the Association.
- at the date of this statement there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Association will be able to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
The accounts are drawn up in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
