Integrating library services into the eLearning environment at Queensland University of Technology

Abstract: Queensland University of Technology has acknowledged and exploited advances in information and communications technologies to meet changing client expectations. In 1998, the university formulated a Flexible Delivery Policy which has informed the development of a cohesive online learning environment at QUT.
