Group annual reports

Submitting group annual reports including templates

Groups are required to submit their annual report to the ALIA Board of Directors by the end of January of each year. There are a number of reasons for this:

  • the inclusion of highlights of group activities in the ALIA annual report
  • groups need to report to their members and other interested ALIA members on the activities they have held during the year and may lead to an increase in the number of members joining a group
  • it is required for the governance of the association under by-law 2: divisions

To simplify and streamline the process for groups submitting annual reports a template has been developed and is available for download as a Word document [76kb doc] or in Rich Text Format [0.98Mb rtf]. The format for the reports is very simple as we are requesting that groups upload their reports directly onto their group pages.

To submit your group annual report download the template, add in the relevant information, then attach the report to an e-mail and send the e-mail to groups@alia.org.au.nospam (please remove '.nospam' from address).
