Tracking your PD progress
This is where you can record and track your PD activities.
New PD members:
Register for the ALIA PD program to get started.
Once successfully registered, you can log in to your personal tracking database to update your PD record.
All PD members:
The first time you log in, you will only see your user details.
Actions
You need to 'add a PD period' to start entering your activity details.
- Use the drop down box to select the relevant reporting period, for example, 2005- 2006, 2006-2007.
- Enter your hours, courses or activities then click 'update my record' to calculate your PD points.
PD activity entries can be changed at any time. Points will be recalculated every time you click 'update my record'.
Important
You must click 'update my record' to save any changes. If you log out or leave your PD record before clicking 'update...' any changes will be lost. We also recommend that you log out when you are finished, to help keep your details safe.
If you leave the database without logging out, returning to this URL will direct you straight to your record.
