Meeting minutes

8:10am 3 March 2004 at Se-Juiced, Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide.

Convened to discuss 2005 program.

1. Present

Catherine Daniel, Marie Francis, Hayley Gamble, Tanya Hook, Blan MacDonagh, Andrew Meier, Silvia Muscardin, Rachel Teesdale-Smith, Benjamin Wheal.

2. ISLD (20 April 2005)

Treasures of special libraries - informal meeting at café, participants to bring a special item to talk about (Silvia/Andrew).

3. Suggestions

3.1 Tours

• State Records, City Research Centre, 26-28 Leigh Street.
• Botanic gardens.
• New History Trust of SA site (parade ground)
• Wine centre.

3.2 Seminars/workshops/panels

• Assessing the information needs of your clients - a session on communication and consultation skills for information officers
• Moving libraries (possibly History Trust and others)
• Document delivery/ILL
• Digitization (possible joint event with Info Science?)
