President's report
Shane advised that he has nothing to report.
Treasurer's report
Julie reported that there is a profit in the account of $2425.85 as of 31 Otober 2002. This does not include display workshop as invoices have not yet been raised.
Events updates

3.1 Display workshop
Shane advised that the new date for the Display Workshop is 3 December 2002 and that there are 23 people registered for it. There are currently 6 people on the waiting list for the next one. Gaye to organise evaluation forms and confirm if available to MC the workshop - Ian Hildebrand will open Hindmarsh at 9am. It appears that the most likely locations for the regional workshops are Port Pirie and Naracoorte. Shane will confirm airfare prices and committee will consider pricing possibilities. Discussed 4 hour workshop with break for lunch. Action: Gaye/Shane

3.2 Library tours
Visit to Tea Tree Gully mooted for 18 February 2003, 6:00pm-8:00pm with catering for finger food. Library tour followed by socialising. Event to be free as recruitment drive. Shane to book. Gaye to send out info. Action: Shane/Gaye

Gaye advised that details for the e-list and website were sent out with last minutes but that so far, not many have subscribed. Will send out details again.
