Treasurer's Report
A few things to note:
- There has been no financial movement since the last meeting to report.
- I would like to propose that we maintain a float, we are entitled to have up to $300, I think a float of $100 would be more than adequate.
- We start planning the Annual Budget for January to December 2006. This needs all activities to be listed (general ideas only) and any associated costs estimates of expenditure or income. This must be submitted by 1 November.
- We also need to forward our six-monthly report by 1 November.
- Trish had a query about needing funding for a QUORUM event, if you could please contact me directly with the details I'll fill in the blanks. Funding of $300 should not be a problem, was it in our 2005 plan sent to ALIA last year? Please send me all the details so I can start on this.
- Do we also need to lodge a group application form to continue our group for next year? From what I have read so far I believe we may have to, could I have clarification.
- How pro-active are we at getting our events into Incite? If the answer is not very, we should be more diligent.
- I believe we also need to submit an end-of-year progress
report by the 15 November?
