TechNique

Welcome to TechNique, newsletter of the ALIA National Library Technician Group.

The primary aim of TechNique is to 'share information about what is happening that affects library technicians and associated fields, to introduce and read about people in and beyond the industry and to give you an opportunity to share your stories', however it is impossible for us to do this alone. We rely on your contributions to keep going.

TechNique is always after more articles so get in early and get published! If you have an article on your library, your Magnificent seven websites, what your LT Group has been up to, or innovations being undertaken at your library - or anything else you can think of! - put it in Word format and get it to the editor Karen Mills (please remove '.nospam' from address) for the next issue of TechNique.

Your stories...
'It is easy to forget how mysterious and mighty stories are. They do their work in silence, invisibly. They work with all the internal materials of the mind and self'
- Ben Okri
