ALJ special issue
This has been sent to the publishers. Helen will send around the IL materials which were included in the issue.
Action Item: Mark to advise the IL list that the special issue of the journal is coming out in August, something along the lines of "Stay tuned it's on its way"

Lifelong Learning Conference
The conference happened and went very well, Helen ensured that there was a plentiful supply of information about the IL group.
Action item: Mark to send out an email to the IL list saying that this Conference took place. Whilst there are no online papers, it is possible to purchase the papers. Mark to include a reference to the brochure.

ALIA Information Literacy Website
Joanne volunteered to work on this. Helen is also going to send another email to the Committee to ask for additional volunteers. Helen requested that the website be "snazzed up and made more interactive". The name should be changed to Pathways for example. The Committee also discussed and agreed that the minutes from these meetings will be added onto the website.
Action item: Joanne to contact Robyn Ellard to discuss how to modify/update the website.
Action item: Caroline to contact Robyn Ellard to determine process to add minutes to the website.

Newsletter Marjorie is hoping to send the latest issue of the newsletter out shortly.

AUDA Grant Helen requested that the group consider the possibility of applying for this grant, which is worth up to $20,000.
