Topic: Are you being served? : Document Supply Systems at SCU

Margaret gave a very interesting and informative PowerPoint presentation on the document delivery system which she and Glenda Kimmins helped to establish at SCU library.

Margaret delivered this presentation at the Library Technicians Conference in Brisbane in 2003 where it was very well received and sparked a great deal of interest amongst other library technicians working in document supply.

Margaret will email her paper + her PowerPoint presentation + link to National Library of Australia's Ruthven and Magnay Interlending Benchmarking report to the ALIANSWFNC secretary to forward to interested members. Members may email laineyf@nrahs.nsw.gov.au to arrange this.

The group thanked Margaret for giving us this demonstration.
