Minutes of last meeting: 9 October, 2003. Moved D. Stewart, that minutes be accepted.

Correspondence: ALIA is seeking feedback from members in the form of 'Review of member engagement and participation'. The consensus amongst the group is to continue as we are with regular meetings where networking takes place and different group members contribute.

Suggestions for next year's activities: Martin Field has offered to talk about the IFLA Conference and the International London Remainder Book Fair that he and Judith attended.

Dates for next years activities will be posted to the listserv.
