PIALA conference announcement

15th Annual Conference and General Meeting, Pacific Islands Association of Libraries and Archives (PIALA) will be held on November 13 - 17, 2006, Koror, Republic of Palau.

The 2006 conference theme is 'Libraries, Archives, and Museums: Building Knowledge Networks for Vibrant Communities.' PIALA 2006 will feature a two day pre-conference workshop on Library Advocacy, organized by Arlene Cohen (University of Guam RFK Library) and funded by IFLA.
