New Asian Studies Dean for ANU : from Leiden to Canberra

Professor Rikki Kersten will take up the position of Dean, Faculty of Asian Studies, Australian National University, in July. She is currently Professor of Modern Japan Studies at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, and has previously held positions at the University of Sydney, University of Tokyo, University of NSW and University of Oxford.
