5.1 Treasurer's report
Reports from WA Forum and ALIAWest tabled. Further discussion about extras which may need future budgeting consideration, i.e. Sharr Medal, administrative costs, etc.
5.2 Continuing Professional Development
No longer in existence. 'Looking at Library Sectors' function held on 21 July was very well received. It attracted 35 attendees including 6 speakers. Barbara Bolton to be invited to next meeting.
5.3 Biblia report
The August issue has been published. September's is in progress. Maureen to prepare an "10 good reasons to volunteer" style of article for inclusion in a future issue of Biblia.
5.4 Awards
Carried over - Info Vision to be approached for sponsorship next year.
Other business
6.1 2004 Budget
Carried over to next meeting.
6.2 @ Your Library Marketing Campaign
Campaign is advancing well but so far, there have only been 2 responses to the e-mail requesting financial support from special and corporate libraries. Maureen requires ALIAWest membership list. Rose to enquire.
Meeting closed at 7:10pm.
Meetings to be held on 3rd Tuesday in each month.

Next meeting to be held Tuesday 16 September 2003 at 5:30pm in Room 2.9 of the Alexander Library Building, State Library Western Australia.
