Her study is titled: Increasing Access to Evidence in an Acute Hospital Setting through a Clinical Evidence Researcher Service. To steal from a posting to another list: "More on the study - Clinical Medical Librarianship (CML) services involve placing medical librarians at the point of decision making within acute care institutions, for example, attending ward rounds and clinical care meetings. Their services vary, from simply searching and providing bibliographies, through to selecting and providing relevant full text articles, training, and preparing 'digests' of distilled information. The CER study investigated the value of an "informationist" in the Daw Park Repatriation General Hospital, SA. This is the first evaluation of such a program in Australia."
