Alethea Raspa Margaret Trask, AM BA MLib FLAAWe note the passing of another distinguished librarian, Margaret Trask, who died on 19 November 2002. She was the founder of the School of Library and Information Studies at the Kuring-gai College of Advanced Education (now part of the University of Technology, Sydney). Among other achievements, she became a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 1979 for service to librarianship and received the HCL Anderson Award in 1989.
