Library visit - TAFE Library and welcome function for new library technician students |
| Purpose: |
Annual program includes visits to at least two different libraries through the year. This welcome function is a new feature to our program and provides an opportunity to introduce new Library technicians to the ALIA network and its programs. |

Social event (reception, drinks, dinner - suggestions welcome!) to tie in with the Bibliographical Society of Australia and New Zealand (BSANZ) 'Spaces of Print: Exploring the History of Books' Conference to be held on 8-9 November. A call for conference papers will be posted on Taslib-link shortly. Members of professional associations such as ALIA, ASA, ASLA, etc. will be entitled to a reduced registration fee. |
