The following four options are assessed:

  • Option 1: Do nothing.

  • Option 2: Select an automated ILL/DD system based on an evaluation conducted by document supply of two systems.

  • Option 3: Select an automated ILL/DD system based on a minimum of three quotes.

  • Option 4: Select an automated ILL/DD system based on a formal procurement process.
