ALIA meetingsALIA general meetings present valuable opportunities for members to take part in policy direction and the running of their association. As set out in the Constitution, the Association holds annual general meetings, in accordance with the provisions of the Corporations Law. Procedures for calling and running general meetings are set out in the Constitution and By-laws of the Association. Please refer to the meeting agendas for information on where and when meetings are to be held, and the matters to be discussed at the meeting. If you are unable to attend a general meeting, but still wish to vote on an issue to be discussed, you may nominate a proxy using the electronic proxy form provided for each meeting. From time to time, minutes of the general meetings will also be published here.
