A colour portrait photograph must be included with mailed nomination forms.

Where a nomination is faxed the colour photograph must be posted to reach ALIA National Office as soon as practicable after the nomination is lodged.

Members seeking nomination for election to the Board of Directors are urged to read the accompanying information. The term of office for directors elected at this election is a two year term until the Annual General Meeting in May 2010.
