Welcome to the Summit blog!
The Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) will convene the ALIA Public Libraries Summit on Thursday 26 March 2009.
The purpose of this blog is to update all interested people – including members, participants and ambassadors – in the Summit.
It will also include stories that demonstrate the many ways in which public libraries play a central and valued role in strengthening communities, developing people and achieving social inclusion.
