ALIA Board of Directors 27 October - Take home messages

Member survey being released this week. The Board looks forward to the results to enable decision making in 2009 and beyond.
Professional Development still remains a topic of further discussion out of the final NAC report.

LIW theme for 2009 selected - with thanks to the LIW Working Party for their excellent report and recommendations.
ALIA's investments have been affected by the downturn in the financial markets. The conservative nature of our portfolio has meant that our losses have been somewhat minimalised. An article about finances will be included in the next inCite.
