Vinegar Hill Memorial Library is a vibrant facility right in the heart of the Rouse Hill Town Centre. With strong links to the local community already established we are looking for an innovative, creative leader who is passionate about customer service to continue the development of the Library as a Community Hub.

To be successful in this position you must have a relevant degree in Library & Information Studies or related discipline or extensive experience supported by relevant tertiary qualifications together with a proven record of developing and implementing services for the community. You will need to be equally at home providing direct customer service at the front desk or contributing to the Library’s strategic direction as part of the Library management team.

Our organisation is committed to continuous improvement. Applicants need to demonstrate continuous improvement project successes using Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. You will also need to demonstrate change management successes. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher is desirable.
