Extensive experience as a senior applications developer working on digital library projects is required, with mentoring/coaching experience
and the ability to lead and manage a technical team. A sound understanding of software development and project management methodologies is
also required, with software project management experience well regarded. A degree in information technology or the equivalent is highly
desirable.
