City Library Museum & Gallery (LMG). Hurstville City Council’s LMG provides a range of services, programs and activities for the local community to
broaden their social, educational and recreational experiences.
As Team Leader you will provide leadership for the library service point and weekend team, primarily at Hurstville Library. This includes motivating and
coaching team members to deliver a customer-focused service, managing resources (including facilities) and budgets associated with service points, managing
a variety of projects, administration of procedures and work practices and conducting training for staff and volunteers.
The successful applicant will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications in business administration, library and information services, customer service or
equivalent as well as demonstrated experience in leading teams.
