The National Library of Australian is seeking a non-ongoing APS 4, Development and Recruitment Assistant to join their Workforce Planning and Development
Team for an initial period of 12 months (with possible extension to 18 months).
This position mainly provides administrative support across the Learning and Development and Recruitment functions within a small Human Resources team.
Typical duties include organisation of training workshops and special events, recruitment administration such as preparing letters and processing new
starter paperwork, finance administration and oversight of statistical reporting. A more detailed description of the duties for the position can be found

Ideally, applicants will have sound organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing priorities. They will also have
practical experience in providing general administrative support in a busy environment. APS Recruitment and/or Learning and Development experience would be
an advantage.
