This is a pool recruitment process. This pool will run for a period of 18 months from the initial appointment. This process may be used to
fill ongoing fixed term contracts, secondments, acting/relieving and permanent opportunities.
This position is being offered as a full-time or part time, fixed-term contract or secondment, for a period of 12 months, with a possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Key areas of accountability for this position include

Lead and manage a library collection liaison, acquisition and description team

Liaise with other teams and external organisations regarding collections – including their development, digitisation, rationalisation, description,
preservation and access

Seek continuous improvement in procuring, processing and providing access to collections

Provide support to the Manager to achieve strategic outcomes relevant to the Team
