The Division of Library Services is seeking a Manager to lead and manage the Information & Liaison Services section within the Client Services Sub-Division of the Division of Library Services. As the Manager, you will lead in developing and delivering high quality, client-focussed services and develop and mentor a cross-campus team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and an interest in the trends in technology and educational resources. In addition, as a member of the Client Services management team, you will contribute to strategic planning, policy development and risk management for the Division of Library Services.

The Information & Liaison Services Section is responsible for information services, information literacy, academic liaison, teaching and research support. It develops and maintains the Library’s web site and markets library services and facilities, including through Library publications. The Section also contributes to the planning and development of student-focussed learning spaces both physical and virtual in partnership with other support Divisions of the University.
