The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a librarian to run the Database Services section of the Information Access Branch, Parliamentary Library.

The Director Database Services manages a section with about 22 staff that is responsible for building the content of library databases, associated systems administration and logistical support services. The successful applicant will lead a high performance team that delivers library services in a timely manner using best practice standards.

We are seeking to fill the position of Director Database Services on an ongoing basis in anticipation of the known retirement date of the nominal occupant.
