They are seeking a Records Management Specialist to develop and implement a Records Management Strategy and supporting policies and procedures including
ongoing maintenance of the EDRMS solution (Objective).
As the Records Management Specialist, you will be managing a team responsible for delivering records management services for electronic and physical
records, mail, couriers, off-site storage and document disposal.
Key activities in this role will be to maintain a continuing awareness and understanding of relevant legislative and other developments in Records
Management as well as identifying, managing and maintaining constructive relationships with all key stakeholders.
This challenging role requires a candidate who can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:::

Establishment, implementation and ongoing maintenance of records management policy, strategy and procedures for all records

Management of suppliers and contract tendering

Familiarity with legislation and standards affecting records management in the Victorian public sector

Extensive experience using Objective

Demonstrated experience in a senior capacity of a small team
